Coco Rose Berry Smash
What you need:
- 1 blackberry
- 3/4 oz lime juice (fresh squeezed)
- 1 oz cream of coconut
- 2 oz gin
- 1/4 tsp rosewater
Prepare:
1. Muddle one blackberry at the bottom of your glass then top your glass with crushed ice
2. Shake all the remaining ingredients in your cocktail shaker with ice for 5 seconds
3. Pour over the crushed ice, give a light stir
4. You can top with more crushed ice and blackberries if you'd like!
5. Best drank with a straw

Mezcal Paloma
What you need:
- 2oz mezcal silver or tequila
- 2oz pink grapefruit Italian soda
- 2oz fresh grapefruit juice
-1oz simple syrup
- sparkling water
- grapefruit (for garnish)
- sea salt flakes
- lime wedge
- edible flowers
Prepare:
1. Wipe the rim of your glass with a lime wedge and then roll in the sea salt flakes
2. Combine mezcal (or tequila), Italian soda, grapefruit juice, and simple syrup into a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake until the shaker is cold
3. Pour mixture into the salted glass and pour a few splashes of sparkling water to top off the cocktail
4. Top with a slice of grapefruit and some edible flowers, enjoy!

Floral Frose'
What you need:
- 1 chilled bottle of your favorite rose'
- 2oz simple syrup
- St. Germain
Prepare:
1. Pour a bottle of rose' into ice cube trays
2. Freeze for 6-8 hours overnight (because of the alcohol content, the rose' will not freeze all the way and instead firm into a slushy consistency
3. Pop out the frozen rose' cubes into a large blender, add 2oz of simple syrup, and blend until pureed into a perfect slushy
4. Pour into glasses and top each with a small splash of St. Germain
5. Garnish with a flower if you're feeling it and enjoy!
